Our Cancellation Policy

In case things turn out differently ...

In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:

  • Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
  • 70% of the booking value if canceled from 30 to 7 days before arrival.
  • 90% of the booking value for cancellations within the last week before arrival.
  • 100% of the booking value for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

If you have booked through a booking platform (e.g., Booking.com), the cancellation conditions of the respective platform apply.

A cancellation must be made in writing and confirmed by us.

We charge a one-time processing fee of EUR 25 for each cancellation.

Experience has taught us that, despite all the excitement for a holiday, unexpected things can always come up. To save you the hassle and cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance. This can be included directly at the time of booking.

If arrival is not possible due to an official travel warning or a lockdown, we will of course not charge any costs.
