Our three apartments are idyllically situated in the Lienz valley floor, just about a 5-minute drive from the sunny city of Lienz. Here, in the deep south of Austria and close to the Italian border, Mediterranean charm and alpine challenges merge.

A paradise for ski fans, cross-country champs, tobogganing enthusiasts, alpine hikers, summit conquerors, lake swimmers, and cycling fanatics. A place for connoisseurs with a preference for exquisite food and drink. This region captivates with its versatile uniqueness.
